• Aliases or pseudonyms are not permitted on any account.

3 Identity Verification (KYC) Policy

M111 reserves the right to verify the identity of all registered members. KYC verification is mandatory in the following circumstances:

• Before your first withdrawal request.
• Before any single-day withdrawal of ৳50,000 or more.
• M111 detects suspicious activity on an account.
• In the event of winning a jackpot or major prize.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Processing payments fraudulently or initiating chargebacks.

9 Account Suspension & Restrictions
